RESOLUTION NO. 95 -3447
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
REVISING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PETTY CASH FUND
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the City that the City Council revise the Petty
Cash Fund.
SECTION 1. An Administrative Petty Cash Fund of $1,500 is hereby established.
A. This fund, which is administered by the City Clerk's Office, shall be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City approved by the City Council. It shall be expended by City
Officials for necessary and actual expenses incurred by them in the conduct of City business.
Accurate and complete records of all such expenditures made from said fund shall be submitted
by the City Officials to and retained by the Financial Services Department.
SECTION 2. This fund shall be subject to audit periodically by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop -tion of this resolution.
