SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a Design Review application was heard at a public hearing before the McCall Area
Planning and Zoning Commission on September 1, 2009. The application was for the alteration of the
lakefront landscaping of the subject property, including the removal of an existing deck, the reconstruction
and relocation of an existing retaining wall, and the expansion of an existing in -ground patio. At the
September 1st meeting the Commission approved the application, subject to conditions.
According to the procedures articulated in Title 3, Chapter 13 of the McCall City Code, the applicant is
appealing the conditions of approval associated with the Commission's decision. For a description of the
applicant's appeal please refer to the attached appeal letter.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends that the Council uphold the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission's
approval of DR-09-31, including the associated conditions of approval.
