2. Approval of Minutes; December 5, 1984. These minutes were
deferred until February meeting.
3. Discussion of Proposed Ordinances
- Coastal Construction Setback
- Bulkhead /Seawall Maintenance
Following a brief discussion and the making of minor revisions
within the proposed drafts, the Board unanimously recommended
that the ordinances be referred to the Town Commission for
review and consideration.
4. Discussion of land use - Multiple Family Districts.
Mr. Caputo presented a report, attached to these minutes.
Following a discussion, Mr. Boucher moved to recommend the
necessary ordinance revisions to accomplish the overall
amendments and to incorporate alternative "C11. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Stahl and unanimously approved by the
Board.
5. Board Members Comments.
There were no Board Member Comments.
6. Staff Report.
Mr. Caputo gave a status report on the Bond Issue Projects.
7. Comments from the Public
There were no Public Comments.
