Charles Eaton Lawrence Stahl Members Absent William Mayer PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA Others Present Gene Caputo Joe DeGange In the absence of Chairman Mayer, Mr. Eaton called the meeting to order and served as temporary chairman. 2. Approval of Minutes: April 3, 1985 Upon a motion by Mr. Boucher and second by Mr. Stahl, the minutes were unanimously approved. 3. P.B.#85 -3 A request by Mrs. Mary Cain Littlefield for site plan review for an addition to a single family home located at 2530 Ave. Au Soleil and described as Lot 50, Place Au Soleil. Following a brief presentation and discussion, the Board unanimously approved the request subject to the affirmative review of the Place Au Soleil Property Owners Assoc., upon a motion by Mr. Boucher and second by Mr. Brandt. 4. Board Members Comments. Mr. Eaton asked about the development taking place on the Merritt property. Mr. DeGange stated that a site plan would be presented at an upcoming meeting for a new residence to be built on the front half of the property. He also indicated that access to the property would be from Hidden Harbour Drive, but there is a question as to the ownership of the road and that an opinion from the Town Attorney would be forthcoming. Mr. Caputo stated that they were in progress and should be ready for draft review at the June meeting. 5. Staff Report. Mr. Caputo reported on the Town Commission's action of the Beautification Committee. He stated that the Commission has asked the Civic Association to recommend membership on the Committee. 6.
