Upon a motion by Mr. Stahl and second by Mr. Eaton, the minutes were unanimously
approved.

A request by Digby Bridges, agent for William Voute', for site plan review
on a new single family residence located at 2999 N. Ocean Blvd.
Following a brief presentation by Mr. Bridges and discussion by the Board, the
site plan was unanimously recommended for approval to the Town Commission.
