SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is an example of a Ground Lease Rider specific to closing so that Brad Kraushaar, 1543 McCall
Avenue, might close his loan with Rural Development while the City works out the final terms of the lease
in order to have Rural Development as a lender going forward. Graham Hubner with McCall Mortgage
Company, will explain the process to the City Council and should have an actual copy for the October 8,
2009 Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Ground Lease Rider and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
