Motion to approve Zoning Ordinance amendment TLOA-2021-0012 revising the
various sections of Zoning Act Article 9, Use Regulations based on the findings that
the amendments further objectives of the Town Plan, and that the proposal would
serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare, and good zoning practice as
amended to remove the residency requirement.
