Motion to approve Zoning Ordinance amendment TLOA-2022-0002 revising various
sections of TLZO Article 5: Residential Zoning Districts, Article 6: Non-Residential
Districts, Article 9: Use Regulations, and Article 18: Definitions, based on the
findings that the amendments further objectives of the Town Plan and that the
proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare, and good
zoning practice with the Minor Special Exception removed from the Ordinance.
