Motion to approve the proposed resolution approving minor special exception TLSE-
2022-0007, Old Mill Veterinary Hospital Expansion at 91 Lawson Road SE. with
conditions, based on finding that the proposed use is compatible with neighboring
properties consistent with applicable regulations of the Leesburg Legacy Town Plan
and the Town of Leesburg Zoning Ordinance, and is consistent with the protection of
health, safety, welfare, and convenience of the community.
