6:00 PM City Council Meeting
The meeting was convened at 8:58 P.M. by Councilmember Lester for the
purpose of election of officers.
Members of the Committee were present by roll call:
Present: Deeken, Lester, Spencer, Spicer, Schwartz
Absent: None
Councilmember Lester opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice-Chair.
Chair – Councilmember Deeken nominated Councilmember Spencer as Chair.
Councilmember Deeken motioned to cease nominations and elect
Councilmember Spencer by acclamation. Councilmember Spicer seconded the
motion. Councilmember Spencer was elected unanimously.
Vice-Chair – Councilmember Spencer nominated Councilmember Deeken as
Vice-Chair.
Councilmember Spencer motioned to cease nominations and elect
Councilmember Deeken by acclamation. Councilmember Schwartz seconded the
motion. Councilmember Deeken was elected unanimously.
Determine Standard Meeting Schedule
The City Council Public Works & Planning Committee meets at 7:30 A.M. on the
second Thursday of the month.
Adjourn
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time,
Councilmember Spencer moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilman
Deeken, and approved unanimously at 8:59 P.M.
