PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES T&M ASSOCIATES, RE: WASHINGTON
AVENUE, ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND HOLMES STREET
INTERSECTION CONCEPT DRAWING
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of specialized engineering
services with regard to the Washington Avenue, Roosevelt Avenue and Holmes
Street Intersection Concept Drawing; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's consulting engineers, T & M Associates, have
submitted a proposal to provide 'said professional engineering services at a cost
not to exceed $2500.00; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are
available in the current budget for the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The attached proposal from T & M Associates with regard to
the above referenced road improvement concept drawing is hereby
approved in an amount not to exceed $2500.00.
2. This contract is awarded as a professional service pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 40A:l 1-2(6).
Adopted this 6th day of September, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 7, 2001.
