SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded ARRA funding for 6 bus shelters and sidewalk improvements. The
Project is 100% grant Funded. ITD requires that the City sign a funding agreement so that the funds may be
obligated. The agreement is 76 pages long, and includes requirements of ARRA funding. Due to the length
of the agreement, only portions of it is attached for Council's review:

review.
The City's Attorney has reviewed the contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement with ITD for the ARRA funding for public transit projects and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
