SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The golf course received new tee signs this year. The Golf Course Superintendant has had requests from a
number of people interested in obtaining the old ones. The Golf Course would like to auction them off at
the Benefit Tournament and Auction over Labor Day Weekend. Funds raised at the Benefit go towards
maintenance and purchase of equipment.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Golf Course Superintendant to conduct a silent bid auction for the
purposes of selling the surplus property to the highest bidder, for cash, at the Benefit Tournament and
Auction over Labor Day Weekend, September 5-7, 2009, at the McCall Golf Course, after providing the
required public notice.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 09-09 authorizing the sale of surplus property.
