The meeting wa.s called to order at 8:05 1.M.by Mayor Fullmer.
These answering roll call were :Anderson,Barman, Hankins, Jordan,
Patterson and -ridmaier.
The minutesof the regular meeting of July 7 aere read and approved
as read.
The firemen asked for hose gaskets and some 1 in. hose .
Jrodan moved,Burman seconded:That the clerk write to boulder to see
if they had some 1F in.second hand hose.otion carried.
There was a petition askilig that blks.l & two beadrnitted to the
town. This was in the rence Addition.
Hankins moved,Datterson seconded:That the clerk write to the
Town Aty. to see ghat percent �f property owners had to sign a pe tdtio
for admitta:{ce to the town. Motion carried upon roll call.
Hankins moved,Patterson seconded:That the clerk mare a deed for
lots .2-3-4 Sec.l1 Blk.2 in the Ault Cemetery to Lester Kota ling.

At 8:10 P.M. Mayor °ullmer called the meeting to order.
Roll call showed the following members present :. riders on, barman, d.in
Jordan,and =atterson. Iidmaier absent.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of ugast 4
which were approved as read.
The resignation of _._.A.Schnepf as night marshal was read.
Veld County health lept.reported test of water made was alri;kit.
The Zest inghouse Electric wanted a recheck on the numbers of coil
sent them for repair.
The State =rotor Vehicle.-Bea/eau asked that the board pass an
ordinance or an amendment to the drunken driver ordinance to conform
with the A3lt e law. so that the judge would keep a record of
drunken drivers and also narcotic drivers.
Hankins moved,Jordan seconded:To adopt the Greeley amendment
concerning the recording of records of drunken and narcotic drivers
as an amendment to the la; concerning these offences and if there is
no ordinance then make this as a.n ordinance .-onion carried.
