SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a five-year Xerox Rental Agreement to replace the existing copy machine in the Police
Department with a digital work center that includes print, copy, scan, and e-mail capabilities. Also included
in the agreement is a separate fax machine with no added cost. The cost is $594.17 per month plus $0.006
per black and white copy and $0.095 per color copy.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Xerox Rental Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
