SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 25, 2009 City Council adopted Resolution 09-07
Meadows Road. Attached is a report from the McCall
questions in relation to the validation: Are Bear Basin
Does the City have authority as a highway jurisdiction
Is the validation of Bear Basin Road and Meadows Road
Public Testimony will be heard in relation to the validation.
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing the Council will
