and they were ai roved.
Jommunications were from: Vestin .house lec tric saying ti-e-ey were
doing what they could about getting our order through,
also the Counter = sensor sent a blank st t ment for ma :ing
tax levy on and i is o r-ave the towns va lua t ionas (t; 251, 341.
Hankins moved, nderson seconoed:To m ..e the tax levy the same as
last years and mail the same to t_e county commissioners for
arproval.M otion carriedup on roll call.
Nankin moved,Burman seconded:To grant a deed for 2 cemetery lots
to Micheal Schoott..lotion carried.
A petition to the boardto confiscate all liquor in town was
read to the board.Jordan moved,Burman o. econded:To table the letition
until a further date..,otion cars ied upon roll call.
Hankins moved, Jordan seconded:To grant rug store Liquor licenses
to Ed.Clauson and Jm.niedel and a :package liquor license to James

liquor and beer licenses.

Dr.Anderson read a ap er that he had written about the weed and
trash condition about town.There were some vacant lots which had
become very dirtr.There had been some complaints :long the same line.

watchman to f 110.00 per month.1amtion carried upon roll call.
