SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 9, 2009 City Council approved the attached amended and Restated Ground Lease for the McCall
Avenue Homes. During the approval process the Council considered changes suggested by Neighborhood
Housing Services, not all changes were accepted by the Council. When the approved document was
submitted to Neighborhood Housing Services, their attorney wanted to have some of her previous suggested
changes in the document. Mr. Nichols has asked their attorney to provide a letter to Council with her
thought process and arguments for the changes. The letter had not been received at the time of the packets
going out to Council, however it will be provided as soon as it is received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide Direction to staff regarding the issues raised by Neighborhood Housing Services.
