SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this Resolution is for the Council to initiate the validation proceedings for Bear Basin and
Meadows Road within the city limits of the City of McCall.
A public hearing will be scheduled for August 13, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 09-07 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
