SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sharlie's Devils Hockey team has submitted requests and applications pertaining to a fundraiser which is to
be held on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Depot Park, 1101 North Third Street, McCall. They have been issued
a Hawker's License and a Catering Permit to hold a beer garden and have been approved by the Chief of
Police to suspend the Open Container Ordinance. They will also have a DJ playing music, and have
requested the suspension of the Noise Ordinance between 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the request and suspend the noise ordinance.
