RESOLUTION NO. 95 -3458
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ADOPTING DRIVEWAY ILLUSTRATIONS TO BE USED AS
EXAMPLES OF ACCEPTABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE DRIVEWAY
DESIGN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and upon facts contained in the Planning Commission Minutes and staff report, the City Council fords:
The driveway illustrations provide examples of acceptable and unacceptable driveway designs in
residential areas; and
The illustrations as shown on Examples "A" through "F" shall be utilized as guidelines to illustrate
provisions of Section 9296 of the Temple City Zoning Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER., 1995.
