SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application to amend an existing subdivision along Warren Wagon Road. The existing subdivision is 7
lots and an access easement encompassing approximately 3.2 acres under a single ownership. The proposed
amendment reduces the number of lots to 6 and adjusts the arrangement of the remaining lots so as to
accommodate existing non -conforming setbacks, arrange the lots in a more usable manner, and to provide
emergency access.
On June 2, 2009 the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission heard the application a regularly
scheduled and noticed meeting. At that meeting the Commission recommended that application for
approval by the City Council, subject to the presented findings and conclusions.
The complete land use file is not attached but is available for public review during normal working hours in
the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-09-02: Amended Westshore Properties subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions.
