SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory dwelling unit. The proposed project includes
a 5,774 sq. ft. residence with a detached 1,854 sq. ft. garage/accessory dwelling. The subject property is
approximately 11 acres. The applicant has received final engineering approval for a stormwater plan.
On April 7, 2009 the application was heard, at a public hearing, before the McCall Area Planning and
Zoning Commission. Upon hearing testimony and considering the presentations, the Commission
recommended that application for approval by the McCall City Council.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve CUP-09-01 subject to the attached Findings and Conclusions.
