SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a Concession Agreement and the supporting documents requesting permission for
Jason Lowe doing business as MBSA/Mountain Madness Association to operate a concession
stand in Fairway Park Monday through Sunday from June 1st, 2009 through September 30t"
2009. They will be selling food and beverages. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
voted unanimously to recommend MBSA/Mountain Madness Association.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the concession agreement with MBSA/Mountain Madness Association and
authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
