SUMMARY STATEMENT:
DR-07-64, an application for a new hangar, was initially considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission
on December 4, 2007. The Commission denied the application. This denial was appealed to the City
Council, and ultimately through legal avenues. The result of the appeal process was a Conditional
Settlement Agreement that limited the scope of review on the project. The applicant resubmitted plans for
the hangar, and staff performed a review of these plans, in accordance with the Settlement Agreement. The
revised plans for DR-07-64 were approved by the City Council on April 23, 2009. Now the attached
findings and conclusion have been prepared for Council approval.
The complete land use file is not attached but is available for public review during normal working hours in
the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the findings and conclusions for the DR-07-64, McCall Aviation.
