Approvals: Department/ Committee/Individual Initials Remarks (Originator/ Support) Mayor / Council City Manager Community Development ( Treasurer Clerk, Deputy City Clerk Police Department Public Works Golf Operations COST IMPACT: Parks & Recreation FUNDING SOURCE: Airport Library TIMELINE: ASAP City Attorney Grant Coordinator SUMMARY STATEMENT: Applications for a Subdivision Preliminary and Final Plat, and Planned Unit Development Final Plat Amendment. The proposed project will take 3 existing lots within the Whitetail Planned Unit Development and replat them to create 8 cabin sites, with surrounding open space. Further the applicant is amending the Phasing plan for Phase lA (including the Boydstun Street property and the property on the north side of Highway 55). The applicant has requested the phasing plan amendment so as to retain the original Planned Unit Development approval (PUD-05-01) while still allowing time to prepare changes to the plans for the two aforementioned properties. The applicant has worked extensively with neighbors and adjacent property owners to accommodate concerns relating to property values. On May 5, 2009 the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing for this application, and ultimately recommended the applications for approval by Council, subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions. The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
