SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Telephone utilities at the Lick Creek Road & Davis Avenue intersection need to be relocated and moved
underground prior to the start of the intersection improvement construction project.
Frontier Communications will perform the work, at a cost of $18,024.80. This will be paid for using
Franchise Fees.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve use of Franchise Fees for relocation and undergrounding of telephone utilities at Lick Creek
Road and Davis Avenue intersection, and authorize staff to issue a check to Frontier Communications in
the amount of ,$18,024.80.
