A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2015-2016
BUDGET AMENDMENT
Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the
necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2015-2016 that were not
originally planned;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing date for June 14, 2016, for the Budget Amendment.
On the 17th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-032, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2015-2016 BUDGET
AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Havens.
Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Havens, Ryan
Nays: None
Absent: Bartels
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-032, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2015-2016 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of May, 2016.
