SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City staff has identified several items as surplus property. Attached is a resolution authorizing the City Clerk
to conduct a silent bid auction for the purposes of selling the surplus property to the highest bidder, for cash,
at public sale on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at the McCall City Airport after providing the required public
notice.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 09-05 authorizing the sale of surplus property.
