A RESOLUTION APPROVING STRATEGIC PLANNING AND GOAL SETTING
2016 FINAL REPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has participated in a strategic planning and goal setting
session on April 12, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiffin would like to acknowledge this
meeting and its accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, a Final Report has been generated from this session to act as a road
map and tool for the future direction of the City of Tiffin, Iowa,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa,
that effective upon the receipt of this Resolution that the Strategic Planning and Goal
Setting Final Report be accepted and approved.
On the 17th day of May, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-033, A
RESOLUTION APPROVING STRATEGIC PLANNING AND GOAL SETTING 2016
FINAL REPORT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Kahler.
AYES: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Kahler.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Bartels.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor
Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-033, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING STRATEGIC PLANNING AND GOAL SETTING 2016 FINAL
REPORT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of May, 2016.
