SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Connie Hogland, Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS), has requested that the Council
amendments to the ground lease for two of the McCall Avenue homes, and approve the assignment
leases from NHS to the prospective purchasers.
See the attached emails from Connie Hogland. Also attached is the First Amendment to the Ground
for Lot One, one of the lots in question. The additional rent language is contained in Section
on the bottom of page one. The lease language is identical for both lots.
