Dear Mr. Malmstrom:
Gulf Stream Golf Club has no objection to your landscaping
improvements at the entrance to Place Au Soleil.
We do require that the landscaping provide secure cover tc
prevent random entrance to the property north of the Van
Essen property and which does not prevent our entering
onto the property for maintenance to wells and pump areas.
