SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the encouragement of FAA we added "taxiway E extended" which is a large piece of failed pavement
adjacent to taxiway "E". This requires additional survey work, design work, and field supervision of the
contractor for the extended days of construction. On May 20, 2009, FAA sent a letter approving the original
engineering contract and the request to amend the contract. The revised total contract will now be
$163,076.50.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the revision for Section 5, Exhibit A of the Engineering Services Agreement, AIP Project 3-16-
0023-016 (ARRA) and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
