This requires additional survey work, design work, and field supervision of the contractor for the extended days of construction. On May 20, 2009, FAA sent a letter approving the original engineering contract and the request to amend the contract. The revised total contract will now be $163,076.50. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the revision for Section 5, Exhibit A of the Engineering Services Agreement, AIP Project 3-16- 0023-016 (ARRA) and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
