ORDINANCE NO. /// 811/
AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD AND ASSIGNING
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD TO THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Liquor Control Board established under § 4-2 and § 7-192 of the
Jefferson City Code is hereby dissolved and abolished and all responsibilities and duties
of the Liquor Control Board are assigned to the Finance Director, provided that all
hearings for suspension and revocation of liquor licenses shall be before the City
Administrator utilizing the procedures set forth in §§ 4-41 and 4-42 of the Jefferson City
Code.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
