SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A notice of a vacancy for Jill Meyer's resignation was put in the paper and advertised at the library, and there
were two respondents, Karen Doyle and Jackie Rubin. After several attempts during the interviewing
process, we were unable to contact Ms. Doyle. After interviewing, we recommend that Jacki Rubin be
appointed to the position that expires in October of 2011.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Jackie Rubin to serve a term on the Library Board of Trustees set to expire in October of 2011.
