SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Granite Holdings LLC, Stephen White is selling hangar #105, commonly known as the "Salmon Hangar" to
Mike and Leslee Dorris. The lease payment for FY 09 of $1,878.39 is current. The present lease rate is for
10,000 square feet with 5307 calculated at the bare ground rate of $0.128 per square foot and 4693 at a rate
of $0.256 per square foot. October 1 will be the 10t anniversary of this lease. Pursuant to Resolution 00-
05, the lease rate was guaranteed for the first 10 years subject only to increases for inflation, and then shall
be adjusted to the then current base rate, which is 35 cents per square foot, covered and uncovered. This
will make the lease due on October 1, 2009 $3,500.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Assignment of Lease and authorize the Mayor to sign any and all documents pertaining to
this transaction.
