Present: Thomas Brandt Charles E. Eaton, Vice - Chain William A. Mayer, Chairman James T. Skelly, Jr. Absent: Lawrence Stahl Also present: Barbara Gwynn, Town Clerk Louis Sessa, Code Enforcement Officer John Gorman, Architect Carl Gezelschap, Attorney Jeff Thistle, Attorney 2. On Motion duly made and seconded the Minutes of the February 4, 1987 meeting were approved. 3. Site Plan Review. Request to construct a single family residence on Lot 2, William Evans Subdivision, No. Ocean Boulevard, by Mr. and Mrs. William Farish. The Board, on motion duly made and seconded approved the variance required based upon the architects agreement to move the air conditioning unit beyond the required setback. There being no further business to cane before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 a.m. Barbara Gwynn; Town Clerk
