SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Council may wish to re -prioritize the FY09 LOT awards, based on the assumption that LOT
will be lower than anticipated. Attached is the current LOT funding matrix, showing each
funded this fiscal year and the anticipated funding month. Updated revenues will be provided
March 12 meeting.
Also attached is Ordinance 796, authorizing the local option lodging tax, as approved by the voters.
6(A) defines the membership of the LOT Commission. The current members of the Commission
Gleason, Lance Daniels, Roger Snodgrass, Tom Stilinovich, Andrea Butler, Pat Eames,
Kirkpatrick.
