The report of the Police Iagistrate •showed 17 case and 35.00 collected. The clerks report of December was read. A. letter from the Defense Corporation acknowledged the receip tOof an order for a 38 Colt revolver. The Tax Commi _sion acknowlegded the f ilin - of the budget. • .S.Darley & Co.said they would send one extra pelt and holster beside the one already sent when they had recived the size wanted. The minutes of the reg.lar meeting of Jan.4 were read and roved as read. A. letter from the Town Atty stated that Ordinance 80, Sec.l4 did not give the Town the right to shut off the water of people living outside the town limits until the proof was made that the towns need was greater than those in the country.
