November 10, 1968 at 8:10 P. M.

and. Russell Bouley, Jr. present.
The minutes of the meeting of October 1i, 1968 read. Moved by Ted Lockwood
that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Everett Thies
Motion carried.
Everett Thies picked the following people to serve with him on the committee
for studying the zoning of the Village: Anne Dorweiler, Harold Winterhalter,
Russell Bouley, Jr., and Robert Roehl.
Studied the building and construction code, Section 12, Paragraph A. Moved
by Anne Dorweiler that we recommend that the Council gdopt the building
permit fee schedule as amended as follows:
A. Building Permit. Cost of the building permit shell be as follows:
1.
For the construction of a new commercial or
industrial building or additions to existing
buildings. 41.20 per 1,000
cubic feet;
minimum fee 125.00
2. For construction of a new residential
building or additions to existing building .
. . $1.10 per 1,000
cubic feet;
minimum fee =10.00
3. For construction of unattached buildings
and garages incidental to a residence . . . . .310.00
4. For moving an existing building or structure
to a new location (See fee schedule for
}1 and #2, whichever
applies)
5. For major repair, alteration or remodelling
of an existing building with the work expected
to exceed five hundred dollars (3500.00) in cost
6. Penalty for failure to get building permit .

Motion carried.
Moved by Ted Lockwood that the meeting adjourn.
