A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE STATEWIDE URBAN
DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS (SUDAS) DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL AND
SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN
Whereas, amendments have been made to the Statewide Urban Design and
Specifications (SUDAS) Design Standards Manual and the (SUDAS) Specifications
Manual; and,
Whereas, the City of Tiffin has adopted the Statewide Urban Design and Specifications
(SUDAS) Manuals; and,
Whereas, City Staff and the City Engineer concurs with these amendments,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to accept
the SUDAS amendments.
On the 3rd day of May, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-027, A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE STATEWIDE URBAN DESIGN AND
SPECIFICATIONS (SUDAS) DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL AND
SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Upton
Nays: None.
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2016-027, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
AMENDMENTS TO THE STATEWIDE URBAN DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS
(SUDAS) DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL AND SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL BY
THE CITY OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 3rd day of May, 2016.
