SUMMARY STATEMENT:
See the attached letter from Michael David, dated March 5, 2009.
The deeds by which the City obtained the lots for the McCall Avenue homes did not contain any reversionary
clauses. The process by which the City can transfer land to VARHA is contained in Chapter 14 of Title 50 of
the Idaho Code, and further authorized in Chapter 19.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff and VARHA regarding VARHA's proposal.
