5. Site Plan Review. Single Family Residence. Mr. and Mrs
Lot 9, Block D. Revised Plat of Block D & Block E. Palm
Discussion with Mr. Denberg on changes made to accommodate an
objecting neighbor ensued. Mr. Denberg has Federal Expressed
a letter to said neighbor noting changes he has agreed to. On motion
duly made and seconded the Board approved this request subject to
approval of the terms set out in said letter by the said
objecting neighbor.
6. Site Plan Review. Swine ng Pool. Dr. and Mrs. Jared. Lot 62, Place
All requirements having been net the
Board on motion duly made and seconded approved this request.
7. Bath and Tennis Club Preliminary Plans.
Discussion ensued on and examination of construction plans. Necessary
notice will be given all parties concerned, including the City of
Delray Beach.
No request is made and no action taken by the Board. This meeting is
only for information and guidance.
There bing no further business to cane before the Board the meeting was
adjourned at 9:30 a.m.

Review of Drainage Retention Provisions
Dear Mrs. Gwynn:
On July 20, 1988, this office corresponded with you concerning the
above referenced review. Certain modifications were requested to
the site plan grading.
On August 26, 1988 revised site plans were submitted, to this
office, with the requested modifications.
The revised site plan has been reviewed and it has been found to
be in substantial compliance with the necessary drainage retention
criteria.
Please consider this portion of the project approved.
