SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed amendments are numerous and span Titles 3, 8 and 9. A detailed staff report was provided
for the January 8 public hearing and is not duplicated in this packet.
The Council comments from the January 22 have been incorporated into attached ordinances. The
January 22nd meeting are shown in red. The code amendment related to sustainable construction
modified to include a reference to a Resolution. The Resolution (a separate agenda bill) more clearly
sustainable construction standards entail and can be updated regularly to reflect the industry standard and
values.
The complete file, including draft ordinances, draft ordinance summaries, staff report, minutes, etc. are
review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department, located at 216 East
