SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On January 8, 2009 the City Council Adopted Ordinance 862 that approved an increase to the Idaho Power
Franchise fees from 1% to 3%. The ordinance or a summary of the ordinance must be published in the paper
within thirty days of its approval. The attached Summary has been approved by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Ordinance 862 Summary and authorize the mayor to sign.
