ordinance concerning dance halts was read.

The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of Aug.1 and the
called meetings of_Aug.15 and 31 which Tier approved as read.
A statement from tty Houtchens was read and a ,Droved.
Commissioner aanden presented a statement of the cost of the cement
work at the crossing of nighway 85 and 14.which was al, roved.
Anderson moved,Burman seconded:To approve the bill of the County
for cement workJlotion carried.
The clerk read the proposed ordinance concerning dance halls.
Hankins moved, _`idmaier seconed:To make the license for dance halls,
50.00 for one year or $ 25.00 for six months payable in advance.
Upon roll call 5 voted aye and one nay.hot ion carried.
Hankins rnoved,Jordan seconded:To pass the proposed ordiann.ce as
