RESOLUTION NO. 95 -3474
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING MODIFICATION OF TENTATIVE TRACT MAP
50836 AND ZONE VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE RECONFIGURATION
OF THREE OF THE EIGHT LOTS WHICH WOULD RESULT IN
THREE 52 FOOT WIDE LOTS RATHER THAN THE REQUIRED 60
FOOT WIDTH AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE PREVIOUSLY
REQUIRED SIDEWALKS WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION IN THE
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R -1) ZONE FOR THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 6208 -6210 TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and upon facts contained in the Planning Commission Minutes and staff report dated November 28, 1995,
the City Council hereby approves the requested Modification and Zone Variance based upon the findings
and subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 95- 1792PC.
SECTION 2. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review in accordance with
the State CEQA Guidelines. An Environmental Impact Report as well as a Supplemental Environmental
Impact Report was prepared and approved for the originally approved project. This request is a minor
modification to the originally approved project and is exempt from environmental review.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Modification of Tentative Tract Map 50836 and Zone Variance to allow
the reconfiguration of three of the eight approved lots which would result in 52 foot wide lots rather than
the required 60 foot lot width for Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the elimination of the sidewalk as previously
required by Condition No. 50 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 93- 1715PC for the subdivision are
approved.
SECTION 4. Approval of this modification and zone variance as indicated in Section 3 above
shall be limited to that which is outlined in the Planning Commission Resolution and herein; all conditions
of approval applicable to the originally approved project as contained in Planning Commission Resolution
No. 93- 1715PC and City Council Resolution No. 93 -3270 shall be in full force and effect, except as modified
herein.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
