PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF NOVEMBER 20,1961
Meeting called to order at $ PM.
All Members were present.
The following building permits were discussed.
Thomas Haggert - Tool shed
Rochie Begin - Special use permit for lot at corner of
County Road # 9 and #116.
Motion by Herbert Gaspar to recommedd to the council to
give Rochie Begin a special use permit to build a home
on the corner lot la, situated in Northwest corner of
hh* Road # 9 and #116, second by Ella Christensen,
Motion carried.
The planning commission recieved a request to investigate
the feasablity, cast and pasiible locations kc of aerobic
sewage systems.
Boehlen appeared with proposed building application. He was
to;d that the property would first have to be platted before
a permit would be issued.
Motion by Gerald Dykhoff to adjourn, 2nd by Alex Schumacher,
Motion carried.
