legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of
and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being
litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.

minutes. The City Council does not take any action or make any
decisions during public comment. To request Council action during the
Business portion of a Council meeting, contact the City Manager at least
one week in advance of a meeting.

and study. Items listed are considered routine by the Council and will be
