City Hall Council Chambers CALL TO ORDER: The Women's Commission meeting for July 14, 2009 did not take place, due to a lack of quorum. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: None ROLL CALL: None: Members present: Commissioner Margaret Araujo and Commissioner Olga Real. Vice Chairperson Gloria Jaimes called and said that she would not be attending the meeting, due to illness. Chairperson Martina Rodriguez called and said she received an emergency call to come into work. Commissioner Sylvia Herron called and said she was not able to attend the meeting, due to illness and transportation. AGENDA POSTING: The agenda was duly posted by the City Clerk for the July 14, 2009 meeting. Staff present: Jamel Goodloe, Staff Liaison and Serena Coulson-Johnson, Minutes Clerk. BOARD ORALS: NONE PUBLIC ORALS: NONE Adjournment -The Women's Commission will adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 in the Lynwood City Hall Council Chambers. t
